Brought first time family members to enjoy the great atmosphere at C&F. We had two young, picky, children who absolutely loved the gnocchi. My nephew enjoyed the bolognese. Renee, our server, was extremely insightful and helpful in walking us through the menu. She was full of smiles and her energy made our experience that much better!
On my previous visits I didnt enjoy it as much, so I didn't go for many years. Trying it anew I enjoyed my Saturday lunch visit for pizza and it was good. The pizza was tasty with a crisp crust. Service was great. And it was a nice visit, clean, friendly and quick service. I didnt know that Millworks owned this place. The prices were very fair.
I've been their twice now and each time the drinks have been excellent. The food has also been very tasty with the exception of the pork pappardelle dish which I didn't care for personally. On the other hand the bolognese and the gnocchi (nyow·kee) dishes were both delicious. I think this would be a great spot for a lunch or dinner date.
Fantastic restaurant! Indoor and outdoor seating available. The pizza was incredible as we both of the salads we ordered. Servers were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Renee was so awesome. She took care of me and my family for my cousins birthday. The gnocchi was so yummy and Renee recommend shrimp which made it *chefs kiss*. We also got an avocado salad with the shrimp. Burrata bruschetta was tasty. My aunt got the scallops and risotto and loved it!
Absolutely phenomenal food and beverage menu! I went for happy hour on a Friday and had the featured pizza and the “It’s A Date” cocktail. Both were so flavorful, fresh, and inventive. The cocktail was truly one of the best I’ve ever tasted. I highly recommend it.
The food was delicious. Ricotta with glazed figs, toasted almonds, and delicious bread. I also ordered eggplant rollatini. It was cooked to perfection, stuffed, rolled, and topped with excellent vodka sauce and fresh basil. It was a great lunch near the capital. My server, Mitchell, was very helpful.
Great food and drinks with the service and ambiance to match! We didn’t know what to expect going into this, but we were blown away by the whole experience. The food was fresh and was properly prepared. The drinks were all well prepared; down to the details of glassware selection and garnishes. All of the staff we interacted with were professional and friendly. The cherry on top was the atmosphere to match. The only critique I have is that it would be nice to see a larger selection of the “small plates” section on the menu. I should also point out that this restaurant has limited indoor seating and it may be a good idea to get a reservation.
Was a great place to eat, and server was friendly. Recommend. We split the Chicken Parm and it was delicious, the non alcoholic drink was extremely good, unfortunately can't remember the name but you wont be disappointed is either choice. The pizza seems a big seller from what I saw around me but the Chicken Parm was great. If they ask if you want bread with rosemary say YES!!!! Has a service charge so curious if no need to tip like in Europe.
Beet salad was delicious, and so was the eggplant appetizer. I also recommend their Mocktails. There is an outside seating area with a beautiful view of the capital from one side and the river from the other side. Holly was the best! Attentive, sweet and had the best recommendations!
